Vision Therapy

Have any of y'all heard of vision therapy? My mom saw an article in the paper or something, and called me about it. I thought it was kind of interesting and it's a new field that is becoming pretty popular. Basically, the main idea of it is physical therapy for the eye. People w/ bad vision, lazy eye, dry eye, learning diabilities, and even those w/ 20/20 vision can develop a condition with the eye that can furthur irritate them. The symptoms sounded very much like symptoms experienced by people w/ dry eye. I'm so sorry I'm being very vague about this, I don't have a lot of information about it, and don't really have the time to look for some websites on it right now. I just thought I'd put this out there for anyone that might be interested in looking more into it, or even helping me learn more about this, too. Like I said, I just now heard about it from my mom on the phone, but I found it kind of interesting. Maybe someone who has dry eye symptoms, but isn't seeing relief from dry eye treatment, might benefit from something like this.
