TELANGIECTASIA are small, dilated blood vessels near the surface of the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Psychosomatic means, according to the Miriam Webster dictionary, " relating to, involving, or concerned with bodily symptoms caused by mental or emotional disturbance". In other words, it is an illness that some would say is "all in your head". I would question any doctor who is quick to give that diagnosis without a thorough exam and multitude tests.

The fact you have TELANGIECTASIA, implies you have rosacea/ocular rosacea, which is highly linked with MGD, and that imply its not in your head or psychosomatic!

That is my greatest frustration, that most doctors can't begin to comprehend how much pain we can be in! "Never judge a man until you have walked a mile in his shoes...".
