    Question Lexapro/Propecia exacerbating dry eye?

Can Lexapro and Propecia cause or exacerbate dry eye symptoms? If they can, will stopping them result in improved dry eye symptoms and in what time frame?

    Thanks,

Lexipro for sure and propecia unlikely.
A few weeks later and it should be back to your baseline.

Definitely not. But it could have aggravated your dry eyes and made your pingueculum look worse. But it did not cause your growth the UV rays did,
