Dunno - there's a lot of them kicking around out there, some already in trials, some heading that way. I glanced through the last couple issues of Eyeworld online and there was surprisingly little about pipeline drugs even in September issue which focused on dry eye.
As far as I know there is nothing on the horizon closer than 2 years away from FDA approval, though.
