How do you use Ocumed Tears?

Just had some trial packages of Ocumed delivered...instructions in the box...but none were included.
-Are they a drop on each eye? Or like Thera Tears...saturate with the whole vial?

-How often can you use them?

But concerned about using them freely until I find out as they are not approved in USA...so not sure about the safety...hence will try to follow the instructions once I know them!

You use them same as any other drop. If they have no preservative you can use as often as required.

Over-the-counter tears are an oddball category for the FDA. They do not have an approval process. Long ago they established a list of active ingredients (and concentrations thereof) that are considered safe for OTC sales. Any drops that comply can be sold as OTC tears, any that don't, can't. Sodium hyaluronate is not on that list. I don't know what it takes to get something added to the list but I don't think anyone has tried in a long time.
