scleral lenses in Taiwan?

Hello, I'm 27 and suffered from dry eye for 4 month.
Does anybody know about how to get scleral lenses in Taiwan, because I can find very few information of scleral lenses here, also I can't find any doctor who would help me for scleral lenses.
or Where can I get it in Japan(Tokyo)? because I may have a trip to Japan in September.
