I have been using it for a couple of months. I doubt I will order again. The drops consis mostly of mineral oil and I find mineral oil to be quite irritating. Also the vision remains blurry. This drops is similar to the systane balance but preservative free. So if you like the systane balance but worried about preservatives, this drop is worth trying. The inconveniece of the vial is you cannot replace the cap so you have to be creative about getting it sealed shut. It is expensive and so wasteful to throw each vial after one application.

Castor oil can have cytotoxic effects which is probably the reason they are using mineral oil instead.

Not sure about being Toxic..Castor oil was used very successfully in Russia for 100 years to regrow the eyes lashes .Castor oil is also anti inflammatory . If it correct ..Why they use it in Restasis.?
