I came around a drug called Keltical Forte. You can buy it in Germany.
It is a drug that is meant to regenerate nerves. I bought it prescription free. a friend of mind bought it and it helped her restore the damaged nerve in her arm.
although my dry eye syndroms are almost gone, i assume that my dry eye came from nerve damage and since they are still not fully recovered, i thought: lets give it a try. maybe someone with eye nerve damage would be interested in that drug.
