Anyone knows about a Dry eye doctor or cornea specialist in Calgary????

It's so hard to find a good eye doctor in Calgary. Does anyone have any clues? I need to find a doctor who will follow up with my dry eye and not dismissing my fears or concerns. he may not be the best doctor, but one who will listen and work together with me. Thank you!!

Hi. i live in the sunshine desert of CALGARY too. isn't it just the worst place for dry eye? do you have any light sensitivity at all? I have heard of that doctor, she is in the southwest (coachhill/strathcona) i think. I am due for an eye exam so I think i will try to get an appointment with her rather than the doctor i saw previously. Have you seen her yet? Send me a message if you wish.

Her name is Dr Kirsten Loewen. She is a wonderful person and she really cares about you. I met her about a year ago. But just so you know, she is an optometrist, not an ophthalmologist. She doesn't do plugs. She does offer a lot of dry eye tips. And it's nice talking to her. I really like her

I don't have light sensitivity, but I have a lot of stinging in my left eye. You've been using Restasis, did it help at all?
