Favorite MG expression videos?

Does anybody know of a particularly good YouTube or other publicly available video demo-ing a good safe method for self lid massage/expression?

It is not my favorite video, just the only one i have watched. That method doesn't work well for me. I keep using my fingers.

If I had something good to share I would have posted it the first time around

A google search yields lots of results, but I'm not sure of the quality of the videos.

Here's a link to a very general video. The patient expression is a ways into the video. It basically summarizes what I do. Hope this is helpful!
