    Allergies and Dry Eyes

    Does anyone know if having bad seasonal allergies can make dry eyes worse? My eyes are not watery and itchy, but very dry and irritated.

    My allergist told me, years ago, that when there's a lot of pollen or mold in the air it can bother everyone's eyes and nose even if they don't have allergies because those allergens are also irritants. So I'd say "yes".
