hey just wanted to update .. tried my tranquileyes lastnight-they were great for keeping out light and i take ambien so i slept very good but wheni woke i still had to use drops..
so now i am questioning whether i sleep with my lids open cause the tranquileyes were pretty pressed down on my lids..i tried to open my lids with them on and couldnt.... i am shocked tho i could actually sleep with them on..they would be good for a flight or something-but i think to get the moisture benefits you have to keep soaking the littler inserts in water??
