  • Face Steamer + 20-zoom mirror help me

I am new here. Many complain no much success with warm compress so I would like to share my experience.
Maybe someone would find it useful.

I have MGD, tried many microwaved masks and finally realized the tricks.

    The keys are:
    1) 'consistant' heat, about 43-45C,10 minutues, in the beginning for my case to get oil running.
To achieve this, facial steamer, is the most effective.
You need to play around to find the 'right' temperature and the time as it depends on how your glands/oil status.
Normally I start as high as I can stand, then reduce to about 43C.

Now with Blephasteam (42.5C) I finally can 'always' feel oil secretion. Before I seldom felt it.

    2) 20-zoom mirror - to monitor glands/oil, particularly after compress.

    Facial Steamer:
Be careful with heat/temperature so you will NOT cook your eyes.
I close eyes when I do it (and with Blephasteam too).
The brand I use now is no longer in production.
It is safer to buy a reliable brand. Also select the one with 2 heat levels.

    Any comments/tips to share. Thanks!
