Post notices about support group meetings, or if you want to start a local group, and conferences of interest to dry eye patients.

PATIENTS, post your GOOD experiences with eye doctors treating your dry eyes.

Patients and pros may post contact info for doctors providing special dry eye services (e.g. lipiflow, probing, scleral lens fitting, etc).

Post here about more specialized resources such as pharmacists that prepare autologous serum drops, compound PF Rx drops, etc. or opticians who make moisture-chamber glasses.
