Hi,
Has anyone ever applied for the family medical leave act for their dry eye?
For the most part , I've been able to drop shifts to my co-workers when I can't cope,
but I am concerned that one day , that might prove difficult.
We have a VERY strict attendance policy at my workplace.
It is practically the only thing that can lead to discipline, including termination.
