How are things going with the demodex/tea tree oil shampoo treatment? Any noticeable improvement?

I have not had a noticeable improvement since doing the demodex treatment, unfortunately. Dr Tseng says that he has had a few patients with dramatic results, so I don't think this means demodex is not a cause of any of our dry eyes, but it doesn't sem to have been a significant player in my dryness.
