tinted glasses

For those of you who wear tinted glasses indoors to hide the redness as well as protect your eyes from glaring lights, what color of tint do you recommend?

depends on the color of your eyes and skin....i'm quite pale and have blue eyes so i use a blue tint, but very light and darker on the top and less on the bottom...so they don't look like sunglasses!
