MGD--Need a little advice about lid scrubs

Hey guys,

I have a quick question. I went to the Doc's and he told me how to properly do lid scrubs. However, I forgot to ask him if you do it to both the upper and lower lids. Are MG on the top as well as the bottom?

I also have ocular roseaca. Anyone have any suggestions to manage that?

Yes, both upper and lowers.
Especially with occular Rosacea a good tip is to be careful not to go too hot. For me warm is helpful, but too warm makes my lids get more red, and it's a persistent redness that takes weeks to fade.

Cool packs are great as well. Again, not too cold.

Sun can aggravate rosacea, so think about buying a great pair of sunglasses and wearing them all the time.
