Hi! My name is Ruth, and I've been struggling with increasingly severe dry eye for a few years now. I am studying to become a rabbi, and the dry eye makes the reading and computer time required very challenging. (Not that it wouldn't be quite icky enough without them!)

When I found out that Systane Free Gel had been recalled, I truly felt frightened, but am much reassured to see that there are so many alternatives I haven't tried yet.

I'm sure I'll have more to say, but for now I'm gonna read and learn!

I'm truly sorry you need a resource like this, but glad you found us, and hope that you can find some real help. With the struggles specific to reading, in addition to the forums you may find some of the "Top 10" articles in the Encyclopedia (http://www.dryeyezone.com/encyclopedia/index.html) helpful - especially the ones about eyewear, office, etc.
