Lid Scrubs - "Cleansing routine"

Kellogg Eye Center at University of Michigan has done a nice job describing lid scrubs right down to how to prepare the baby shampoo solution (3 drops of baby shampoo added to 2-3 oz. warm water in a clean glass or jar). I found it in their 'Eye Conditions' section on their website under the treatment for blepharitis.

You really shouldn't use Baby Shampoo as it has perfumes and dyes in it
