    common for erythromycin to CAUSE red eye/dry eye?
    I was using a vaseline-based erythromycin for blepharitis treatment and I seemingly blocked either meibomian or lacrimal glands. Result was a very very swollen eyelid and red eye for 2 weeks. I don't think the red eye was from an infection, but from lack of tears
    My question is: how common is it for

    I have been taking Xiidra for one month and am pretty sure I am going to stop. I am wondering what others' experience has been?

    I suffer from MGD. Xiidra seemed to have a neutral effect for the first three weeks--it neither helped nor hurt. But around week 4, it has made my lid margins...

Jim has been the most helpful and he has some great specialised equipment as well. Some other doctors I have seen come in as if they have a train...
