Doxycycline (or related drugs such as tetracycline or minocycline) is sometimes prescribed for blepharitis or dry eye conditions associated with meibomian gland dysfunction. Doxycycline has various potential side effects (please see links below for further information) including GI reactions. Please discuss with your doctor.
